iPhone SE In 2023 Could See A Display Increase To 6.1-inches
[ad_1]
Apple’s iPhone SE is meant to be a smaller and more affordable version of the iPhone, but at the rate Apple is progressing, it seems that the lines are getting even more blurred. This is according to analyst Ross Young who claims that in the next couple of years, the iPhone SE could see an increase to its display.
According to Young, he claims that Apple will maintain the 4.7-inch display until 2022, but it seems that in 2023, they might bump it up to 6.1-inches. This is quite a huge jump and we have to wonder at that size, will Apple be able to maintain the affordability of the phone? Young also claims that 2023 could also see Apple change up the design slightly.
Apple LCD iPhone leak, we now hear the next LCD iPhone SE will remain at 4.7″ in 2022. Some rumors that it may have 5G with Sub-6 GHz as well. Also hearing about a 6.1″ version in 2023 with punch hole rather than a notch.

As it stands, the iPhone SE is pretty much a copy of the iPhone 8 in terms of design. This means that it still retains the home button instead of having a full screen display. However, Young claims that for the 2023 model, Apple could adopt a full screen display with a hole punch cutout for the front-facing camera instead of a notch.
We’re not sure this means that the Face ID will be making its way to the 2023 iPhone, so we’ll have to wait and see. It’s definitely too early to be speculating about the iPhone SE in 2023, so maybe don’t take this report too seriously for now.
