One of the key products and services to have come from Google is search. They have arguably one of the best search engines in the world, but for some odd reason, when the company launched its Stadia service, they left out the search bar. That is, until today, where they have finally added the ability to search.

According to the post on the Stadia website, “First off, search bar on Stadia for Web is rolling out now and will reach all players this week. It will make finding your favorite games much easier. In addition, an updated UI along with sorting for your library is making its way to players this week, which will help keep track of all your purchased, free and Pro games.”

Now, it should be noted that Stadia was launched more than a year ago and like we said, we can’t believe Google took this long to bring search to Stadia. Prior to this, users were forced to scroll through pages and pages of games in hopes of finding something they like or recognized. We suppose for game discovery, this might not be the worst idea, but if you were after specific titles, good luck!

In any case, we suppose better late than never, so if you are a Stadia user or subscriber, then these new web features could be worth checking out.
